Kajian Tingkat Kepuasan Wisatawan Terhadap Kawasan Wisata Pantai Selat Baru Kabupaten Bengkalis Menggunakan Metode Imprtance Performance Analysis (IPA)dan Custtomer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
Tourism development has an important role in improving the economy in Indonesia. Tourism development is closely related to tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction is one of the important aspects in creating a better tourism destination. This study aims to analyze the level of tourist satisfaction with the tourist area of Selat Baru beach, Bengkalis Regency. Analysis of the level of tourist satisfaction with the tourist Area of Selat Baru beach, Bengkalis Regency, is reviewed from the tourism component consisting of tourist attractions, amenities, accessibility, hospitality, the environment and prices/tariffs. This study is a quantitative descriptive study consisting of primary data and secondary data and uses a sample of 98 respondents. The analysis methods used in this study are importance performance analysis (IPA) and customer satisfaction index (CSI). Based on the results of the study, it is known that the results of the importance performance analysis (IPA) obtained quadrant analysis with as many as 8 attributes contained in quadrant I, as many as 8 attributes are in quadrant II. While quadrant III consists of 5 attributes and as many as 4 attributes are contained in quadrant IV. And obtained a customer satisfaction index (CSI) value of 58.2% with a fairly satisfied category.
