Pengaruh Kualintas Produk dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kopi Bang Ben Pekanbaru pada masa Pendemi Covid-19
Faculty of Economics And Business Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction at Kopi Bang Ben during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Riau. Sampling used accidental sampling, namely the population that met the research criteria and then made a sample of 50 people. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used in this research is the partial least square (PLS) test, structural model analysis. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at bang ben coffee. The level of relationship between the three variables is in the medium category, which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is good.
