The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of individual and personal characteristics on the level of discipline in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for field employees at PT. SBP (Surya Bratasena Plantation) Pelalawan Regency. This study uses the census sampling method, thus the sample used is all field employees of PT. SBP (Surya Bratasena Plantation) as many as 58 respondents. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique uses data validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, T test and F test. The results of the study based on multiple linear regression indicate that individual and personality characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the level of discipline in the use of personal protective equipment at PT. (SBP) Surya Bratasena Plantation. While the T and F tests showed that individual and personality characteristics had a positive and significant effect on the level of discipline in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The relationship between the two variables in the category is quite strong and the rest is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.
