Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Wira Vulkanisir Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT.wira vulkanisir Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study were employees of PT.wira vulkanisir Pekanbaru with a total of 36 employees, while the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, questionnaire, and interview techniques. Then the data analysis technique that the author uses in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing the data that has been collected, tabulated according to the type of data, and providing information by relating it to the theory that is in accordance with the existing problems and providing interpretations of the relevant results which are then drawn conclusions. and suggestions of research methods used are interviews and field observations. For the data analysis method, the data analysis method is by means of data reduction and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and simultaneous influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT.wira vulkanisir Pekanbaru.
