Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Puskesmas Minas pada Masa Pendemi Covid-19

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the performance of employees at the minas health center which was influenced by job satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic. the population in this study were all employees (PNS) who worked at the minas health center. sampling in this study used the slovin formula with a total of 37 employees. data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. the data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and spss 26. the results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on the performance of minas health center employees during the covid-19 pandemic.
