Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Driver Go-jek Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation of Go-Jek drivers on Go-Jek performance in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study consisted of all Go-Jek drivers totaling 97 Go-Jek drivers using saturated sampling where all members of the population were sampled. This study uses primary data sources and data collection through questionnaires, in analyzing the data for the authors using descriptive andquantitative methods, then the research results will be examined using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. Based on the results obtained, the work motivation of Gojek drivers has apositive and significant impact on the performance of Go-Jek Pekanbaru Branch.
