Pengaruh Kompentensi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Kharisma Agro Sejahtera di Desa Batu Papan Kecamatan Batang Cenaku Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between compensation on employee productivity at PT Kharisma Agro Sejahtera, Batang Cenaku sub-district, Indragiri Hulu district in Batupapan Village. The population in this study were all employees of the plantation division of PT Kharisma Agro Sejahtera, totaling 68 employees, then a sample of 68 employees using a total sampling technique (census) where all members of the population were sampled. In analyzing the data, the author uses quantitative methods, then the results of the research are analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 20 program. So that there is an influence between compensation on employee productivity at PT Kharisma Agro Sejahtera. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination shows R2 of 0.528, which means that compensation has an effect on employee productivity of 52.80% and the remaining 47.20 is influenced by other factors not included in this study, then the results of the R (correlation) analysis are 0.727 which is the compensation variable has a very close and positive relationship to employee productivity at PT Kharisma Agro Sejahtera in Batupapan Village, Batang Cenaku, Indragiri Hulu.
