Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Studi Kasus UMKM Toko Hh Bagansiapiapi)
This study aims identify the influence of product quality, price and service quality on purchasing decisions ( Case Study Of MSME Shop HH Bagansiapiapi ). This type of research is a quantitative research using descriptive method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people using the non-probability sampling method with the incidental sampling method. The technique used is to use multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality (X1), Price (X2), and Service Quality (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions(Y) (Case Study of MSME Shop HH Bagansiapiapi).
