Analisis Prediksi Kebangkrutan dengan Metode Altman dan Springate Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Sub Sektor Batu Bara yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2021

This study aims to predict, analyze and determine the level of potential bankruptcy of a company using the Altman Z-Score method in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The variable of this research is the analysis of bankruptcy prediction (Y) as the dependent variable of the Altman Z-Score method (X1) and the Springate S-Score method (X2). The population in this study are coal sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The sample in this study were 20 coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive technique. The results showed that using the Altman Z-score model, the results showed that of the 20 coal mining companies in 2019-2021, more companies were found to be healthy or far from the potential for bankruptcy. Meanwhile, by using the Springate S – Score model, it was found that from 20 coal mining companies in 2019-2021, more companies were found to be said to be unhealthy or more likely to experience bankruptcy.
