Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Cafe Sekarsa Coffee & Space di Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Café Sekarsa Coffee & Space in Pekanbaru. The population in this study are consumers at Café Sekarsa Coffee & Space in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study used incidental sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to customers. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The results showed that product quality, service quality and price had a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Skarsa Coffee & Space Café in Pekanbaru.
