Pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Kedai Kopi Nirwana Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Airmolek
This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at Nirwana Coffee Shop, Indragiri Hulu District, Pasir Turtle District, Airmolek. This research is a qualitative descriptive and quantitative research with a sample size of 100 people. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that consumers are satisfied with the quality of the products sold by Nirwana Coffee Shop. The results of the analysis of the statistical tests show that product quality has a significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction. So it can be concluded that the higher the level of product quality, the higher the level of consumer satisfaction with the products available or sold by Nirwana Coffee Shop.
