Pengaruh Limbah Cair Retoran Frend Chicken dan Kompos Daun Pisang Terhadap Pertumbuhan Serta Hasil Tanaman Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicam l)

The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction effect of Fried Chicken Restaurant Liquid Waste and banana leaf compost on the growth and yield of shallot plants. This research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru City for 3 months from January to March 2022. This study used a Completely Randomized Factorial Design. The first factor is Fried Chicken Restaurant Liquid Waste which consists of four levels, namely: 0, 500, 750 and 1000 ml/polybag. The second factor was banana leaf compost which consisted of four levels: 0, 25, 50 and 75 g/polybag. Obtained 16 treatment combinations. Each treatment combination consisted of 3 replications, so there were 48 experimental units (plots). Each plot consisted of 8 plants and 2 plants were sampled. Parameters observed were: plant height, relative growth rate, net assimilation rate, harvesting age, number of tubers per clump, fresh weight of tubers per clump, dry tuber weight per clump and tuber weight loss. Observational data were analyzed statistically. If the calculated F is greater than the F table, then a further honest significant difference test (BNJ) is carried out at the 5% level. The interaction between the wastewater treatment of fried chicken restaurants and banana leaf compost is significant for all observation parameters. The best treatment for the concentration of liquid waste from fried chicken restaurants is 500 ml/polybag and the dose of banana leaf compost is 75 g/polybag. The main effect of the fried chicken restaurant wastewater is significant for all observation parameters. The best treatment concentration is 500 ml/polybag. The main effect of banana leaf compost is significant on all observation parameters, the best treatment is 75 g/polybag.
