Pengaruh Guanodan dan Poc Nasa terhadap Pertumbuhan Serta Hasil Tanaman Pokcoy

The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction and main effects of NASA guano and POC on the growth and yield of pakcoy plants. This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau, Jalan Kaharuddin Nasution Km 11 No. 113, Perhentian Marpoyan, Air cold Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted for 2 months starting from August to September 2022. The design used in this study was a factorial Completely Randomized Design consisting of 2 factors. The first factor was Guano (G) consisting of 4 levels namely: 0, 4, 8 and 12 g per plant. The second factor is the concentration of NASA POC (P) consisting of 4 levels, namely: 0, 2.5, 5 and 7.5 ml per liter of water. There were 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications so there were 48 experimental units. Each plot has 4 plants and 2 plants are used as observation samples so that the total plant is 192 plants. Parameters observed were: plant height, number of leaves, plant fresh weight, economic weight, dry weight, root volume and harvest index. Observational data for each parameter were analyzed for variance and further tested for Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) at the 5% level. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is concluded that the interaction of giving NASA guano and POC has a significant effect on all observation parameters. The best treatment was a dose of 12 g guano per plant and a NASA POC concentration of 7.5 ml per liter of water. The main effect of guano was significant on all observation parameters, where the best treatment was 12 g guano per plant. The main effect of real NASA POC concentrations on all observation parameters. The best treatment was NASA POC concentration of 7.5 ml per liter of water. Keywords: Guano, POC NASA, Pakcoy.
