Uji Aktivitas Antibakteri Ekstra Etanol Daun Binahong (Andera Cordfolia) terhadap Bakteri Aeromonas Salmonicida, Edwardsiella Tarda dan Edwardsiella Ictaluri
This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of the ethanol extract of binahong leaves in inhibiting the growth of Aeromonas salmonicida, Edwardsiella tarda and Edwardsiella ictaluri bacteria and to determine the best extract concentration to inhibit Aeromonas salmonicida, Edwardsiella tarda and Edwardsiella ictaluri bacteria. The materials used in this study were Binahong leaves, Aeromonas salmonicida bacteria, Edwardsiella tarda and Edwardsiella ictaluri, ethanol, methanol, NB, NA, disc paper and distilled water. The method used is an experimental method using the Kirby-Bauer disc method, using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 2 repetitions, namely: 30% concentration, 40% concentration, 50% concentration, 60% concentration and 70% concentration . The results of this study showed that Binahong leaves (Anredera cordifolia) positively contain Alkaloids, Phenolics, Terpenoids, Saponins and Flavonoids. A good concentration to inhibit bacterial growth in the ethanol extract of binahong leaves after the inhibition test was carried out, namely a 70% concentration on Aeromonas salmonicida bacteria with an inhibition zone diameter of 8.1mm and Edwardsiella tarda with an inhibition zone diameter of 8.75mm in the medium category and a concentration of 60% in Edwardsiella ictaluri bacteria with an inhibition zone diameter of 9.65mm in the medium category.
