Pengaruh Pupuk Hayati Petroboost dan Molibdenum terhadap Pertumbuhan Serta Produksi Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine Max.l)
The aim of the research was to determine the effect of the interaction of Petroboost and Molybdenum biofertilizers on the growth and yield of soybean plants. The study used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of two factors with 3 replications. The first factor was Petroboost Biological Fertilizer with 4 treatment levels, namely: 0, 5, 10 and 15 ml per plant. The second factor was Molybdenum with 4 treatment levels, namely: 0, 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 mg per plant. Parameters observed were plant height, relative growth rate, net assimilation rate, number of root nodules, percentage of effective root nodules, age of flowering, age of harvest, percentage of filled pods and root volume. Observational data for each parameter were analyzed for variance by further testing the Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) at the 5% level. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the interaction of the biofertilizers Petroboost and molybdenum had a significant effect on plant height, number of root nodules, percentage of effective root nodules, flowering age, harvesting age, percentage of fully filled pods, weight of 100 dry seeds per plant and root volume. The best treatment is a concentration of 15 ml/plant and a dose of 4.5 mg/plant. The main effect of Petroboost biological fertilizer concentration was significant on all observation parameters, where the best treatment was a concentration of 15 ml/plant. The main effect of real molybdenum dose on all observation parameters. The best treatment is a dose of 4.5 mg/plant.
