Pengaruh Naa dan Bap terhadap Pertumbahan Tanaman Anggrek (Dendrrobium sp) Secara In-Vitro
This study aims to determine the interaction effect as well as the main effect of banana stem compost and urea fertilizer on the growth and production of cucumber plants. This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau, Jalan Kaharuddin Nasution No. 113. KM 11 Marpoyan, Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru. This research was conducted for 4 months starting from July 2022 to October 2022. This study used a Completely Randomized Factorial Design with two factors. The first factor was banana stem compost, consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 1, 1.5, 2 kg/plot. The second factor is urea fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 2, 4, 6 g/plant. So that there were 16 treatment combinations with three replications, so there were 48 plots. Each plot consists of 4 plants and 2 plants as samples so that the total plant is 192 plants. Parameters observed were plant height, flowering age, harvesting age, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, and fruit weight per fruit. Observational data were analyzed statistically and continued with the BNJ test at the 5% level. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the interaction effect of banana stem compost and urea fertilizer was significantly different for all parameters except flowering age. The best treatment was banana stem compost (2 kg/plot) and urea fertilizer (6 g/plant). The main effect of banana stem compost was significantly different for all observation parameters with the best treatment of banana stem compost 2 kg/plot. The main effect of urea fertilizer was significantly different for all parameters observed with the best treatment of urea fertilizer 6 g/plant.
