Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kecamatan Tambusai Utara Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

Evaluation policy is activity evaluate something implementation policies that have been implemented with give score to achievement goals that have been set with notice so far where results implementation policy could give benefits . Study this aim for knowing implementation of the Program Keluarga Harapan and results from implementation of the Program Keluarga Harapan in the Tambusai Utara sub-district Rokan Hulu regency. Implementation of the Program Keluaraga Harapan the still found constraint that is no evenly help , as well constraint lateness and no distributed PKH assistance . Type research used in study this is descriptive qualitative, where results from research is described from phenomenon that occurs. All data in study this is obtained through observation, interview deep and documentation. Results study show that Evaluation Implementation of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in the Tambusai Utara sub-district Rokan Hulu regency in a manner general not optimal can be seen from six (6) indicators evaluation only indicator Responsiveness and Satisfying precision. Whereas indicator Effectiveness , Efficiency , Alignment , and Adequacy not yet fully optimized. As for obstacle in implementation of the Program Keluarga Harapan in the Tambusai Utara sub-district Rokan Hulu regency still lack of resulting budget limitations PKH beneficiary KPM quota, community no have an ID card, and lateness distribution help.
