Feasibility Analysis of Chesa Quin Palm Oil Peron Business Investment in Sungai Baung Village West Rengat District Indragiri Hulu Regency Riau Province, Supervisor by Dr. Azharuddin M. Amin M. Sc. The palm oil peron is a business place that operates in the field of buying and selling Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB). In general oil palm peron buy FFB from farmers and collecting traders. This research was carried out because of the large amount of capital used to open a business and operate a business, therefore it is necessary to carry out an investment feasibility analysis so that the peron business does not experience the risk of loss in the future. This research aims to analyze: (1) the characteristics of entrepreneurs and business profiles, (2) the non-financial feasibility of palm oil peron businesses, (3) the financial feasibility of palm oil peron businesses, and (4) the sensitivity of palm oil peron businesses. Case study research method on the Chesa Quin oil palm peron business in Sungai Baung Village West Rengat District Indragiri Hulu Regency Riau Province. This research was carried out for seven months starting from March 2023-September 2023. The data collected consisted of primary and secondary data which were analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively using an investment analysis criteria approach. The results of the research show that the characteristics of entrepreneurs in the productive age group are 39 years old, 17 years of education equivalent to a bachelor's degree, 2 years of business experience and 4 family dependents. The profile of the palm oil peron business was analyzed using descriptive qualitative including business scale, business capital, and workforce. The peron business from non-financial aspects such as market, technical, management and organization, legal, social, and environmental was declared feasible. The financial aspects of the palm oil peron business are feasible based on investment criteria with an NPV value of 10,999,252,876>0, IRR 89% > discount rate (12%), Net B/C 5.25>1, and Payback Period of 1 year 4 Months 2 Days < from the age of the project is worth pursuing. Based on the results of a sensitivity analysis using the Switching Value method, the Chesa Quin palm oil peron business is more sensitive to a 5.17% decrease in capacity which resulted in the NPV decreasing by 97.88% from the base value.
