Analisis PembangkitListrik Tenaga Panas Bumi (Pltp) Dengan SiklusRankine Regeneratif pada Sumur x Lapangan Geothermal Sorik Marapi
Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power (SMGP) is one of the largest developing geothermal projects in Indonesia. This project is located in Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra Province. KS ORKA acquired a majority stake in the company in mid-2016 and since then the project has completed a drilling program for 18 wells and confirmed 55 MW of proven resources. The problems that exist in this field are the manifestation of each well that produces steam that has a temperature and pressure and low thermic efficiency in the steam power system, so that the steam generated from each well is reprocessed. In this study, using the Regenerative Rankine Cycle method, which utilizes geothermal energy to be used. The work system of the Regenerative Rankine Cycle is to convert heat energy into work energy. Water as the working fluid is increased in temperature by utilizing steam extraction from the turbine so that the heat required to heat the working fluid in the boiler is reduced. The data used in this research are mass rate, pressure, and temperature data. Where to collect data in the Sorik Marapi geothermal field using secondary data. In this study, the flowrate value is 55,7 kg/s and the enthalpy value is 1174.56 kj/kg, we get the work results from the power plant such as boiler work of 667,5 kj/s, turbine work of 710,7 kw, condenser 274,85 kj/s , and pump work 317,97 kw. Apart from that, we also get Wnet results of 463,27 kj/kg and an efficiency value of 11,89%.
