Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Failitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Kemampuan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Kantor Pemerintahan Sekretariat DPRD di Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau
The purpos of this research is to determine and analyze the significant influence of work discipline and work facilities on employee performance through work ability as an intervening variable at the Pelalawan DPRD secretariat office, Riau. The population in this research was all employees who worked at the Pelalawan Regency DPRD Secretariat Service Office. The total research sample was 41 ASN employee respondents, using a sampling method, namely the purposive sampling method. And data collection techniques in the form of interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation with quantitative approach data analysis adopting Partial Least Square (PLS). It is known that the research results show that: (1) Work discipline has no significant effect on work ability, (2) Work discipline has no effect and is not significant on employee performance, (3) Work facilities have a significant effect on work ability, (4) Work facilities have no effect significant impact on employee performance, (5) Work ability has no influence and is not significant on employee performance, (6) Work ability as an intervening variable does not act as a link to the influence of work discipline on employee performance (7) Work ability as an intervening variable does not play a role as a link. on the influence of work facilities on the performance of Pelalawan DPRD secretariat employees.
