Pengaruh Desain, Fasilitas, dan Kualitas ProduK terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Perumahan Cluster Delizia di Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of design, facilities and product quality on purchasing decisions in the Delizia Cluster housing complex in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were homeowners in the Delizia Cluster housing, 31 respondents who lived in the Delizia Cluster housing in the city of Pekanbaru. The number of research samples is all respondents in the population because it uses techniques (census sampling or saturated sampling). And data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation with quantitative approach data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis models. It is known that the research results show that: (1) Design has a partial negative and significant effect, (2) Facilities have a partial positive and significant effect, (3) Product quality has a partial positive and significant effect, and (4) Design, Facilities and Product Quality simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Delizia Cluster Housing in Pekanbaru City.
