Pengaruh Eco Farming dan Trichoderma terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq) di Pre Nursery
Research on the effect of eco farming and Trichoderma on the growth of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) seedlings in the Pre Nursery. This study aims to determine the main interactions and effects of eco farming and Trichoderma on the growth of oil palm seedlings. This research was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau, Jalan Air cold. Air Cold Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City for 4 months from November 2022 to February 2023. This study used a factorial complete randomized design consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the concentration of eco farming consisting of 4 levels namely 0, 4, 8 and 12 ml per liter of water and the second factor is Trichoderma with 4 levels namely 0, 100, 200 and 300 g per liter of water. Parameters observed were: plant height, number of fronds per plant, stem diameter, chlorophyll content, leaf color, fresh weight, root volume and dry weight. Observational data were analyzed statistically and continued with the BNJ follow-up test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction between eco farming and Trichoderma treatment was significant for the parameters of plant height, fresh weight, root length, root volume and dry weight. The best treatment was found in eco farming concentrations of 12 ml per liter of water and Trichoderma 300 g per liter of water. The main effect of giving eco farming is real on all observation parameters. The best treatment is found in eco farming concentrations of 12 ml per liter of water. The main effect of giving Trichoderma is real on all observation parameters. The best treatment is Trichoderma 300 g per liter of water.
