Analisis Kepemimpinan Islam dan Kompensasi dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Stefani Syariah Pekanbaru
The purpose of this research is to analyze Islamic leadership and compensation in improving employee performance at the Stefani Syariah Pekanbaru Hotel . The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis . This research used key imformants from all 12 employees . By using data collection methods in the form of observation , interviews and documentation. It is know that the research results show that : (1) That Islamic leadership implemented by the leadership of the Hotel Stefani Syariah Pekanbaru is in accordance with Islamic teachings . This has a positive influence on employees so that emloyees feel comfortable at work and improve employee performance. (2) Then , the comensation provided by Hotel Stefani Syariah Pekanbaru which is related to finacion and non-finnacial compersation can also imloyees performance . This shows that when emloyees feel the benefits of the compensation they receive or remuneration for the work they have done , it will have a positive influence in improving employee performance.
