Analisis Perbandingan Qualiry of Service (QOS) pada Jaringan Berbasis 4G di Daerah Kampus Universitas Islam Riau

The increasingly advanced human life in the current era of globalization has made technology progress rapidly, especially in cellular telecommunications technology. One of them that is widely used in everyday life is 4G network technology. However, differences in access speed require research and testing of the network. Quality of Service analysis on the 4G network in the Riau Islamic University campus area emphasizes the process of measuring QoS parameters, namely throughput, delay, packet loss and jitter. The tool used to measure QoS parameters is Wireshark. From the results of this research, the differences are not that significant between each network operator. This research was successful in obtaining Quality of Service information on 4G cellular network providers, namely Provider Telkomsel getting an index value of "3.75" in the "Good" category, Provider Smartfren getting an index of "3.75" in the "Good" category, Provider Indosat getting an index of "3, 75" in the "Good" category, and Provider XL got an index of "3.75" in the "Good" category. From the results of this research, the four network operators can be used as a consideration for users in choosing internet usage according to their individual needs.
