Pengaruh Konflik Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation (SBP)

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work conflict and work stress on employee morale at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation. Sources of data used in this study using primary data and secondary data, namely questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation. The population of this study are employees of PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation, amounting to 70 people who also became the sample in this study, using the Non Probability Sampling technique, namely the Saturated Sampling (census). This study uses quantitative methods using SmartPLS 3 software. The tests used are Measurement Measurement Model testing (Validity Test and Reliability Test), Structural Model Testing (R-Square and T Test), Hypothesis Testing (P-Values Test). The results showed that there was a negative and significant effect between work conflict and work stress on employee morale at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation (SBP).
