This research was carried out at the Siak Regency Kandis District Office. The purpose of this study is to describe 1. To influence and recognize leadership at the Siak Regency Kandis Sub-district Office 2. To recognize how well the influence of leadership on the work discipline of employees of the Siak Regency Subdistrict Office of Kandis. The sample technique used was purposive sampling with samples obtained as many as 39 people. Data types and sources are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques for both leadership variables and employee work discipline use questionnaire instruments with ordinal scales and use Likert scales. The results of this study show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline at the Siak Regency Kandis District Office.
