Pengaruh Store Atmosphere terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Cafe Sedulur di Kota Duri
This research aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Sedulur Café in Duri City. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research methods. The analysis model used in this research is a simple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 21. The data source for this research uses a questionnaire in the form of respondents' responses regarding consumers' opinions and assessments of store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were all Sedulur café consumers who had shopped. The samples taken were 110 respondents who were determined using the hair method. The results of this research show that there is a significant effect of store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction. This shows that the dependent variable (store atmosphere) has an effect on the independent variable (consumer satisfaction).
