Business Analysis and Development Strategy for Pineapple Dodol Kube Rendri Agroindustry in Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Supervisor by Dr. Fahrial, SP., SE., ME. The sector of processing industry is a sector related to the agricultural sector as a supplier of raw materials to increase added value. This study aims to analyze (1) the characteristics of entrepreneurs and business profiles, (2) factors of production, production technology, production cost, production, income, efficiency, and added value, and (3) the business development strategy for pineapple dodol. The method used in this study was a survey method, in Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research was carried out for 6 (six) months starting from March to August 2022. The results showed (1) the characteristics of entrepreneurs and workers were on average 38 years old, the length of education of entrepreneurs and workers were on average 13, 33 years, family number of the entrepreneur's family and workforce was 9 person, the average business experience was 9.33 years. (2) The use of factor production of raw materials was 15 kg/ production process. The technology used was semi-modern, with an average production capacity of 12.5 kg/production process. The average production cost was Rp. 642,354,/production process. Pineapple dodol produced in one production process was 12.5 kg of pineapple dodol. The gross income of the pineapple dodol entrepreneur was Rp. 1,000,000/ production process, the net income of pineapple dodol entrepreneurs was Rp. 357,646/ production process and the RCR value was 1.56 with an added value of Rp. 8,413. (3) The strategies that must be implemented in developing the pineapple dodol business for the future are increasing the workforce, improving technology, maintaining product quality, creating new product variants, training in business management, and increasing cooperation.
