Tingkat Kondisi Fisik pada Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Futsal di MP Muhammadyah 2 Pekanbaru

The aim of this research was to determine the level of physical condition of futsal extracurricular students at SMP Muhammadyah 2 Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive. The population and sample in this study were 20 futsal extracurricular students at SMP Muhammadyah 2 Pekanbaru. The research instruments used were physical condition tests for futsal players, namely the leg dynamometer test, 30 meter running test, sit and reach flexibility, shuttle run agility test, standing broadjump test, and 15 minute running test. The data analysis technique used is calculating categories of physical condition values. Based on the results of the calculation of the average physical condition score that has been carried out on students, it is known that the level of physical condition of futsal extracurricular students at SMP Muhammadyah 2 Pekanbaru is 2.9 which is classified as Very Poor.
