Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Transportasi Maxim Bike terhadap Kepuasan Pelangganan dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Riau
This research is to determine the level of customer satisfaction and customer dissatisfaction in the Maxim application, in this case students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau Islamic University. The population in this research is the entire quality of Maxim Transportation services and customer satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling with a sample size of 30 respondents. The data collection technique in this research uses questionnaires which are distributed to consumers. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination (R2), T test (Partial) using SPSS 22.0. It can be concluded from the results of data analysis that show that service quality (X) has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction (Y) in using the Maxim Bike application at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau Islamic University.
