Pengaruh Penggunaan Modal Kerja terhadap Peningkatan Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Sektor Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This research aims to examine the effect of working capital as measured by cash turnover, receivables turnover and inventory turnover on profitability as measured by Return On Assets (ROA). The population in this study are companies belonging to the pharmaceutical sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The data used in this research is in the form of pharmaceutical company financial reports from 2017 to 2021. This research uses the multiple linear regression analysis method which is then processed using SPSS version 25 application tools. The research results obtained show that cash turnover has an effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Receivables turnover influences Return On Assets (ROA) and inventory turnover influences Return On Assets (ROA).
