Sistem Informasi Manajemen Didtribusi Liquefied Petrolium (LPG) Berbasis WEB (Studi Kasus : PT. Bumi Natura Lestari Kota Dumai Provinsi Riau

PT. Bumi Natura Lestari is a company engaged in the distribution of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) gas located on Jl. Cempedak, Dumai, Riau Province which currently manages the distribution of LPG gas to gas stations in Dumai totaling three thousand LPG gas cylinders. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers at PT. Bumi Natura Lestari, LPG distribution data processing is still carried out conventionally by working employees, where data recording is still done by hand writing in distribution books. The conventional LPG distribution data processing process mentioned above has many shortcomings and risks. To reduce existing risks, a Web-Based Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Distribution Management Information System is needed at PT. Bumi Natura Lestari, where the system can manage distribution optimally, monitor data in realtime, manage budgets efficiently and ensure the adequacy of customer needs and requests. The system was created using the Waterfall method. After testing the system using the Black Box Testing method, the results were that the system was successfully built without errors or malfunctions and responded very well. User testing was carried out using the Likert Scale method, where 6 statements were given to 25 respondents with 5 response scales (Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree and Strongly Disagree). The results obtained were that the system succeeded in reaching a percentage of 97.2% which was in the Strongly Agree category interval so that the system could be implemented and used by PT employees.
