Fire is a disaster that often occurs anywhere, especially in housing, offices and other buildings. Fire can result in quite large losses if not handled quickly. In several cases of frequent fires, a system is needed that is able to detect fires and provide information to office owners to reduce the impact of fires. The technology used is Internet of Things (IoT) technology which is a technology that allows physical objects to communicate with each other via the internet. The cooperative and employment service office is one that implements this system. This fire detection system uses a fire sensor which functions to detect the presence of fire, and uses NodeMCU as a microcontroller which functions to process input data from the sensor. The results of the test show that the system is able to provide information via the Telegram application and website if a fire is detected in the room. This research aims to prevent or reduce the impact of fires.
