Pengaruh Pupuk Guano dan NPK 16:16:16 terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) di Main Nursery pada Media Tumbuh Tanah PMK

This research aims to determine the response of the main interaction between guano fertilizer and NPK 16:16:16 on the growth of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) seedlings in the main nursery on PMK soil growing media. This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Jalan Kaharuddin Nasution Km 11 No. 113, Air Winter Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The research was carried out for 4 months starting from July to October 2023. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factors. The first factor, namely guano fertilizer, consists of 4 levels, namely 0, 250, 500, and 750 g per polybag. The second factor is the NPK 16:16:16 dose consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 6, 12, and 18 g per polybag, so there are 16 combination treatment with 3 repetitions. The parameters observed were increase in plant height, increase in the number of leaf sheaths, increase in length of the longest sheath, increase in tuber diameter, number of primary roots, and root volume. Data were analyzed statistically and continued (BNJ) at 5%. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the interaction of guano fertilizer and NPK 16:16:16 has a significant effect on the parameters of increasing plant height, increasing the length of the longest frond, number of primary roots and root volume, while the parameters of increasing the number of fronds and increasing the diameter of the tuber interactions are not significantly different. The main effect of guano fertilizer was significant on all parameters. The best treatment was 750 g guano fertilizer per polybag. The main effect of NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer was significant on all observed parameters. The best treatment is NPK 16:16:16 18 g per polybag.
