Second, the obstacles in implementing restorative justice in theft cases within the Indragiri Hulu District Attorney's Office's jurisdiction include the Indragiri Hulu District Court's implementation of restorative justice aims to provide justice and legal certainty for parties involved in legal proceedings. However, sometimes third parties provoke victims to continue the process through the courts.
