Pengaruh Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Profitabilitas dan Operating Capacity Terhadap Financial Distress pada Perusahaan Otomotif yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of liquidity ratios, profitability ratios and operating capacity on financial distress in automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study were 10 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical technique used in this study is panel data regression analysis which is used to test the statistically hypothesized model, as well as the extent to which the proposed model is consistent with the sample data. The results of this study indicate that the Liquidity Ratio, Profitability Ratio and operating capacity have no positive effect on Financial Distress in Automotive Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
