Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bfi Finance Indonesia, Tbk Pekanbaru
This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT BFI Finance Indonesia, Pekanbaru Jalan Soekarno Hatta. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all permanent employees with a sample of 57 respondents. The sampling technique uses the census method. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2)with SPSS.25. The results of this research explain that the leadership variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work motivation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously the variables of leadership, work motivation and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT BFI Finance Indonesia, Tbk, Pekanbaru Branch, Jalan Soekarno Hatta.
