In the era of globalization and information technology development, human resource management has undergone significant transformation. This research investigates the implementation of a job vacancy application at PT. Trans Studio Mini Pekanbaru with a focus on efficiency, accessibility, and empowerment of human resources. By using the waterfall approach, this study organizes stages from needs analysis to application implementation in a structured manner. The results show that this application provides opportunities for small and medium enterprises to list all job positions within the platform. Job seekers can access the application to browse all job opportunities and obtain job information from various companies efficiently. In conclusion, this application has the potential to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process and management of job vacancy information in local companies.
