Pengaruh Stress Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Elang Amanah di Pekanbaru

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work stress and workload on employee performance at PT. Elang Amanah in Pekanbaru. The population in this research is all employees who work at this company, totaling 68 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling where samples were taken in accordance with the researchers' objectives and considerations, namely 45 courier employees. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of the research show that work stress and workload partially have a significant negative effect on performance and work stress and workload simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Elang Amanah in Pekanbaru.
