Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Riau

This research aims to determine the influence of career development and work motivation on employee performance at the Riau Province Transportation Service. The population in this study was 124 with sampling using the Purposive Sampling method, so the sample in this study was 40 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of this research show that career development and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Riau Province Transportation Service.
