Pengaruh Pembangunan Sumberdaya Manusia dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perawat pada Rumah Sakit Medicare sorek

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of human resource development and work discipline on the performance of nurses at Mediacare Sorek Hospital. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling technique. In this case, the researchers took a sample of 50 nurses from Mediacare Sorek Hospital by distributing questionnaires to employees totaling 50 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Smart PLS 3.0 analysis. The research results showed that (1) Simultaneously human resource development and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, (2) Partially human resource development had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, and (3) Partially work discipline had an effect positive and significant on nurse performance.
