Pengaruh Mutasi dan Promosi Jabatan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Karya Lintau Anugrah
Faculty of Economics and Business Islamic University of Riau Pekanbaru This research aims to determine the effect of job transfers and promotions on employee performance at PT Karya Lintau Anugrah. The population in this study was 102 employees. Sampling used the proportional statified sampling method, which is a method of drawing samples for a population that has heterogeneous characteristics or characteristics that belong to a diverse population of 51 people. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used in this research is data analysis in this research using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. Hypothesis testing using the PLS approach is carried out in two stages, namely testing the outer model and inner model. The outer model test was carried out to prove the validity and reliability of all indicators for each variable. The inner model test was carried out to test the influence between variables according to the previously established hypothesis. The results of this research indicate that transfers and promotions simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Karya Lintau Anugrah. The level of relationship between the two variables is in the strong category, which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is good.
