Pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Bagian Produksi pada PT. Rohul Palmindo Darussalam
The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance. This research was carried out at PT Rohul Palmindo Darussalam. The population in this study was employees in the production department, totaling 80 people, with a purposive sampling method the sample was determined to be 32 people who were permanent employees. Data analysis uses simple linear regression. The results of the research descriptively explain that compensation is classified as good, as well as performance is also classified as good. Hypothesis testing explains that compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Rohul Palmindo Darussalam. Meanwhile, the r square value explains that providing compensation has a strong influence in improving employee performance at PT. Rohul Palmindo.
