Pengaruh Kompentensi dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Arara Abadi di Distrik Tapung Kabupaten Siak
This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of competency and training on employee performance at PT. Arara Abadi in Tapung District, Siak Regency. The population in this study was 106 employees. The sampling technique in this research is to use a purposive sampling method by taking several populations as samples. In this case the researchers took a sample of 106 employees of PT. Arara Abadi in Tapung District, Siak Regency by distributing questionnaires to employees totaling 106 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results showed that competence and training had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, competence had a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance, and training had a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance.
