Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Pemanen PTP. Nusantara V Sungai Lala Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work stress and work motivation on the performance of employees in the harvesting section of PTP Nusantara VSungai Lala, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this research is all 198 employees who work for this company. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which was in accordance with the researcher's objectives, namely 59 employees in the harvesting department. Data collection techniques in this research were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is using descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this research explain that work stress has a significant negative effect and work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees in the harvesting section of PTP Nusantara V Sungai Lala, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
