The emergence of crimes with increasingly sophisticated methods makes the community anxious due to the frequent loss of Palm Oil Fruit itself, as well as handling or resolving it amicably with the Village Apparatus which is felt to be less effective. Crime is a complex phenomenon that can be understood from various different angles. That's why in everyday life you can catch various comments about a crime incident that is different from one another. Implementation of criminal law against perpetrators of theft of palm oil fruit belonging to PTPN V Company in the Tapung Hulu Police area. Enforcement of criminal law against perpetrators of theft of palm oil fruit belonging to PTPN V Company. This research uses a type of empirical sociological research, Observational Research, namely by going directly into the field to obtain data. The data used is secondary data and the data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the method of drawing conclusions is the deductive method, namely drawing conclusions from general things to specific things. Based on the author's research and observations in the field, it is known that there are as many as 5 (five) cases in which the process of resolving the criminal act of stealing palm oil fresh fruit bunches together has been reported to the police at the Tapung Hulu Police, the process of which has not been continued due to the reported crime. related to the criminal act of stealing fresh oil palm fruit bunches together, this was resolved through informal efforts, namely family or customary peace efforts. This effort to bring together the perpetrator of a crime and the victim is known as penal mediation.
