Aplikasi Augmented Reality dan Virtual Reality Pemasyaran Perumahan Berbasis Android (Studi Kasus :PT.Anugrah Riau Mustika)

The house is a place of shelter and rest as well as a gathering place for the family. It doesn't matter whether they belong to the rich (upper middle class) or those who belong to the poor (lower middle class) definitely need housing for their lives. The property business is currently showing rapid development. This can be seen from the increasing market demand for the property business. Through this promotional media, it is not uncommon for prospective buyers to still feel confused about imagining the image or shape of the house to be built, because promotions still use two-dimensional (2D) objects, which have a limited perspective. So sometimes buyers have to go to housing locations to get information or a clearer picture. This research uses the Media Development Life Cycle method. This method consists of six stages, namely concept, design, material collecting, assemble, testing. The main purpose of making this application is to make it easier for potential buyers to place orders without having to go to the housing location. Later this application will be made with the same shape of the house from the image of the housing developer. Based on the index value that has been obtained, it can be concluded that this application has a percentage value of 92% and based on the description in table 4. shows the value Strongly Agree (SS), so it is concluded that the augmented reality and virtual reality housing catalog application can be implemented as housing catalog media for developers and prospective buyers.
