Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Toko Gemar Elektronik di Perawang
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at electronics stores in Perawang partially and simultaneously. The variables in this research are service quality (X1), price (X2), and customer satisfaction (Y). The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.467 + 0.102 X1 + 0.441 X2+ e. The partial test (t test) shows that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The simultaneous test (F test) shows that service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction simultaneously.
