Pengaruh Pemberian Larutan Teh (Camilla Sinensis) dengan Dosis yang Berbeda terhadap Daya Rekat dan Penetesan Telur Ikan Lele (Clarias Gariapinus)
This research was conducted on 21 days starting from March to April, 2023 with the purpose of knowing the effect of giving tea solution with different doses on the adhessive and hatching of catfish egg. The materials used in this study were a solution of tea and catfish eggs spawned by themselves. The method used was a completely randomized design with 5 treatents and 3 replications, namely P0 : witout giving of tea solution, P1 : giving of tea solution at a dose of 1 gr/L, P2 : giving of tea solution at a dose of 2 gr/L, P3 : giving of tea solution at a dose of 3 gr/L and P4 : giving of tea solution at a dose of 4 gr/L. The parameters measured in this study, the best results for the adhessive of catfish eggs given a dose of 4 g/L was 92% and the highest egg hatcability was given at a dose of 3 g/L was 75,33%. The water quality suitable for hatching catfish eggs is the temperature between 29-34oC, pH 6.5, ammonia 0.36-0.44 ppm and DO of 3.38 ppm.
