Pengaruh Campuran Briket Bonggol Jagung dan Tempurung Kelapa Terhadap Performance Kompor Biomassa
Coconut shells and corncobs are types of agricultural waste that have economic value to be converted into alternative energy, namely briquettes. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of a mixture of corncob briquettes and coconut shells on the performance of biomass stoves. In this study the mixture to be used was 70% coconut shell mixed with 30% corn cob, 50% coconut shell mixed with 50% corn cob, 30% coconut shell mixed with 70% corn cob. With a compressive load of 1 kg. The test was carried out by burning the briquettes in a semi-gasified biomass stove reactor. In testing the performance of the biomass stove, we can see that the highest burning rate is found in a mixture of 70% coconut shell mixed with 30% corncob with a combustion rate of 0.00025 kg/s. and the highest power output is found in a mixture of 70% coconut shell mixed with 30% corncob with an output value of 4.22 Kj/s. and for the highest fuel consumption it can be found in a mixture of 30% coconut shell mixed with 70% corncobs with a value of 0.265 kg/KwH, and for the highest efficiency there is a mixture of 70% coconut shell mixed with 30% corncobs and 30% coconut shell mixed with 70% corn cobs with an efficiency value of 21%.
